By fully utilising the cavity, Mannok IsoCavity will significantly increase the thermal performance of the wall without increasing the overall thickness of the wall.
Full fill cavity wall insulation allows more of the cavity between the inner and outer leaf to be filled with insulation, providing a much better insulated structure without increasing the wall width. Partial fill cavity wall insulation typically requires a 50mm residual cavity to be maintained, however with advanced manufacturing techniques and testing, Mannok IsoCavity insulation is fully tested and certified with a residual cavity of 0mm – 10mm.
Mannok IsoCavity PIR insulation boards provide a superior cavity wall insulation solution which combines ease of construction with all the benefits of Full Fill PIR. The boards have a thermal conductivity of 0.022W/mK, precision cut tongue and groove edge and multi-layer foil facings, combining thermal performance with ease of construction.
